Sunset Cruises
Celebrate your day by enjoying a Sunset Cruise on a 52-foot-long luxury charter boat at Scorpion Bay Marina. This Saturday cruise lasts one hour and 15 minutes and tours Lake Pleasant to view the sunset. Visitors cruise the lake, including its many coves and bluffs, as the day comes to an end and the moon rises.
“We see the desire for people to be on the water and we understand that not everyone has the desire or the means to own a boat, so we’re doing everything we can to make the lake accessible to anyone who wants to enjoy it,” said Scorpion Bay General Manager Lynn Lovelady. “This lake is gorgeous, it’s easy to get to no matter where you live in the Valley, and we’re excited to see more people come out for a visit.”
Guests will enjoy music and the serenity of the lake while enjoying the beverages they choose to bring on board. The Saturday cruise is limited to 40 people and costs $25 per person. Hikes, Water Safety Events and More
There are so many events to choose from near Scorpion Bay. Sign up to learn tips about lake and boat safety or enjoy one of the Maricopa County Parks hikes. During the Desert 101 Hike, you’ll learn about native plants and animals. The full moon hike under the moon and stars is a fun, safe hike.
